Job Overview:
As a Machine Operator Trainee (starting as Production Worker), you will be part of the production team that ensures efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll assist in daily production activities and receive hands-on training to become a skilled Machine Operator capable of handling automated equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹Assist in machine operation, production line setup, and material handling.
🔹Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area.
🔹Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
🔹Conduct basic product checks to ensure quality and consistency.
🔹Support production targets and meet daily output goals.
🔹Learn the fundamentals of machine operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:
✅Tesda Certificate (NCII Ref and Aircon, Electrical ✅Installation and Maintenance, Automotive Servicing) or at least 2-Year Course (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical)
✅With or without experience in production or factory work.
✅Willing to undergo training and start as a Production Worker.
✅Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair aircon units
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Report major repairs or concerns
Qualifications:
- Graduate of HVAC/Refrigeration course or HS Graduate with experience
- With NC II Certification (RAC)
- With hands-on experience in aircon installation and repair
- Experience in commercial properties is required
- Knowledge in electrical and troubleshooting is an advantage
- Physically fit and willing for field work
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Work Schedule:
🕒 8 hours per day, 6 days per week/shifting schedule
Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱20,000 per month
