This seminar conducted with the Collaboration with IE Department and ME Department. Foodcrafters Inc. isone of the fast-growing companies that produces Filipinos’ all-time favorite goods such as hotdogs, ham,tapa, tocino, bacon, siomai, shanghai and hamburger patties. Their dedication is to bring high-quality, healthy, and great-tasting food to the traditional table using best-in-class manufacturing facilities and equipment.
One of the problem they encountered is about HVAC, (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) for different facilities that requires specific temperature and humidity. Engr Amparo Cecilia Sarmiento served as resource speaker and Engr Aldrin C Bernardo and Engr Ian Matias as facilitator and moderator of the workshop.
