A CLIENT was working for 10yrs. 1st 5yrs NO SAVINGS, the 2nd 5yrs she bought a property worth 1.5million for only 8,500/month. At the end of 5yrs she paid 610,000.00 (8,500.00 x 60months + 100k Downpayment). If she did not bought a property probably she have nothing after 10yrs.

🌠In Cebu City alone, a 50-sqm can cost 6M-8M. If you have 2M-3M, you can get a 20-sqm condo within the tri-cities plus Lapu Lapu.
🌠Kung ang budget is limited and medyo particular ka sa area (Kay dile ni pareho sa probinsiya na makadagan dagan pa ta). I would suggest going for the ones outside Metro Cebu. Palit nalang ka sakyanan to compensate for the distance.
🌠Example: A) Buy a 3M Single Attached House in Alberlyn Highlands (75 sqm) plus 1M Car = 4M versus 😎 a 3M Condo (20 sqm) in City plus 1M Car = 4M
