Sharing you this verse as an encouragement. Madalas kasi pag monday ang usual reaction natin ay "𝘈𝘳𝘳𝘨𝘨𝘨𝘩𝘩𝘩 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯, 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘢 𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘵." I often react this way before, BUT I realised why complain? Having a work and being able to still provide food on the table is a HUGE BLESSING. 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐧𝐢 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓, 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐄.

𝕎𝕙𝕠 𝕚𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕕 "𝔽𝕒𝕚𝕥𝕙𝕗𝕦𝕝 𝕚𝕟 𝕃𝕚𝕥𝕥𝕝𝕖"? ♡

𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲. I resigned from my finance & accounting job so I can focus on nurturing my baby at that time. But when she's slowly growing up and expenses are piling, I realized my husband and I needed to also change our money habits.

I prayed to God to give me knowledge and wisdom on how we can rise from our financial struggle back then. 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲, 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐲. 𝐇𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝.

From there, I learned a lot. We corrected our bad money habits. We intentionally and strategically settled our debts, got ourselves insured and started some investments. 𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. 𝐈 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐈 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨. I am confident that God's purpose for my life in this industry is to make a difference in people's lives by teaching them financial stewardship.
