Bean Sprouts and Sliced Meat Stir-fry Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound bean sprouts, rinsed
- 8 ounces sliced pork or chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar (to balance the saltiness)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced meat with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until browned.
4. Add the bean sprouts and the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the bean sprouts are tender-crisp.
5. Add the green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
6. Serve hot.
