Given its small footprint, every square area of S Residence is maximized to a T. ✏️

The colors are kept simple, but packed with different textures and elements to keep it visually interesting. 👀

Textures on the HGBC Eastridge site is a collection of locally manufactured materials, perfected for tropical climate. 🌞 Introducing fire clay bricks from Bulacan and breeze blocks from Rizal, a sourced artisinal touch for this special project!

A butterfly roof with clerestory windows for that grounded yet dramatic atmosphere, paired with modular walls for function flexibility. All these are enveloped with simple hues, but interesting textures and lightplay.
