The REASON why we always send monthly reminder of premium due.

Yesterday I got an email from Sun life that the insurance claim of my client was approved!

But today, from a supposed to be orphan client, I got an email from Sun life informing us we can no longer claim anything because the insured’s policy was lapsed since 2020.
Ang sakit. 😭💔

Disclaimer: they were a family referred to me because the husband/father suddenly passed away. They’re no longer in touch with their advisor and is no longer with Sun life that’s why I decided to help them. But unfortunately this happened. 😢
The beneficiary and I talked over the phone and she kept telling me “di kasi nagsabi advisor nya sa amin na lapsed na. Sana nagawan ng paraan pandemic kasi yun eh.” All I can say is Ma’am I am so sorry for this. 😢

To all my clients the reason why we always send monthly reminder of premium due and sometimes kapag talagang na-miss out nag memessage na ako individually is because ayaw natin masayang yung pinaghirapan niyo. When we let your policies lapsed it’s a huge loss on your part. And babalikan kami ng beneficiaries niyo and ano na lang sasabihin namin sa loved ones niyo. 😭 So please please

KEEP YOUR POLICIES IN FORCED. Prioritize this as well. 🙏🏻
If advisor ka tulungan mo yung clients mo mag isip ng paraan to keep their policies in forced. If they allowed it na mag lapse decision na nila yun but as much as possible tulungan natin. Kung aalis ka sa pagiging advisor endorse them properly. Don’t let them become an orphan. Endorse mo sila sa trusted na co-advisor mo.
