Participants Guide: Accessing Your Zoom Link

We’ve received a few questions, so here’s a quick guide 🙂

After completing your Zoom registration, you will receive an email similar to the one shown.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Zoom registration link sent to your email
2. Fill out and submit the registration form
3. Check your email (inbox, spam, or promotions)
4. You will receive your unique Zoom access link via email

📌 This access link is what you will use to enter the seminar
📌 Each participant must register individually
📌 The access link is sent only after completing registration

If you haven’t received the registration email, kindly check with your groupmates or message us so we can assist you.

Reminder to all registered participants:

📩 We have already sent the confirmation email with the Zoom registration link.

If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or promotions folder, or send us a message so we can resend it.

📌 Each participant must complete the Zoom registration individually to receive their access link.
