DIY Matcha

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder from Little Retail
- 2 oz (60 ml) hot water
- 1 tablespoon sugar or condensed (optional)
- 1 cup of Milk or creamer
- Vanilla Flavor

Steps
1. Gather your ingredients and tools.
2. Heat the water to around 160°F to 170°F.
3. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl.
4. Add the sifted matcha powder to a matcha bowl or a small ceramic bowl.
5. Pour the heated water over the matcha powder in a circular motion.
6. Use a matcha whisk to whisk the mixture.
7. Whisk until the mixture becomes frothy and creamy, with a smooth, even texture.
8. Add sugar or milk if desired.
9. If desired, add milk or a creamer to create a matcha latte.

Tips
• Use high-quality matcha powder for the best flavor and texture.

• Adjust the amount of sugar or milk to your taste.

• Experiment with different types of milk or creamers to find your preferred matcha latte flavor.

• Store matcha powder in an airtight container in the refrigerator to preserve its flavor and nutritional properties.
