𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Launch Meta lead gen campaigns for new clients
- Upload creatives and connect lead forms
- Manage and monitor multiple ad accounts
- Weekly optimization (pause losers, duplicate winners, manage budgets)
- Troubleshoot rejected ads and account issues
- Track CPL and lead volume
- Send a simple weekly performance report

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- 3+ years running Meta Ads
- Strong experience with lead generation campaigns (not e-commerce)
- Must understand Meta’s Andromeda delivery system
- Experience managing 30–50+ ad accounts simultaneously
- Very organized and comfortable managing campaigns at scale
- Experience in running lead gen ads for fintech companies is a plus.

👉𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance via email, chat, and phone.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, onboarding, order status, and other inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

✨ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with Slack, 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲.𝐜𝐨𝐦 is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
