Luke Forward

I asked for strength, and God gave me difficulties to make me strong.

I asked for wisdom, and God gave me problems to solve.

I asked for courage, and God gave me dangers to overcome.

I asked for love, and God gave me troubled people to help.
..

I received nothing I wanted.

I received everything I needed.

My prayers were answered.

It's okay to also spend money on self-development. 🩶

We often see problems as something we would always want to remove in our lives, but these burdens reflect the same blessings that God uses to stengthen us, build us, and and establish us.

So when problems arise, instead of asking "Why is this happening to me?", we may opt to wonder, "What is the Lord teaching me today?"
