Suggest activities in relation with the theme or any other activities that would be best during the event

Recommend a stylist or contact the clients chosen stylist

• Assist in the preparations of souvenirs

• Assist in the pre event activities. (Video messages, Dance Numbers, Pre birthday shoot, souvenir sourcing etc.)

• Scout and recommend other suitable suppliers as requested or needed.

• Coordinate with all the suppliers

• Consolidate and monitor all suppliers

• Prepare schedule, timelines and set meetings if needed

Update client on the event preparation

Monitor budget and payments

• Recommend suitable venue layout in coordination with the stylist

• Provide event details for all suppliers to be aligned (Ingress & Egress time)

Prepare needed permits as required by the venue.

• Design, plan and manage program and provide program flow

Day of the Event:

• Over all in charge of event

• Monitor event Ingress & Egress

Manage arrival of guests and receive the gifts

• Direct and assure smooth flow of the program

• Ensure all details and agreements are delivered

Resolve any issues that may arise

• Coordinate with program participants and entertainment

• Run thru the presentations of the program

• Manage meals provided for all suppliers

Provide manpower which includes, Event Mastermind and 2 event assistants

• Ensure that everyone especially the client is enjoying the event :)

Post Event:

• Settle remaining payment requirements with suppliers

• Turnover of gifts, cake and other items to client
