We’ve mastered surgery.

But have we mastered recovery?

After undergoing shoulder reconstruction, Marc Cohen shared something striking.

The surgery itself?
Extraordinary.

High-resolution imaging.
Precision instruments.
Bioengineered anchors.
Anesthesia teams managing fluids, oxygen, blood pressure with orchestral accuracy.

A masterpiece of modern medicine.

But then came the recovery phase.

Disrupted sleep.
Processed food.
Minimal guidance.
Fragmented care.
A bag of medications — some to manage the side effects of others.

The operation repaired structure.
But healing requires integration.

Sleep.
Nutrition.
Breath.
Temperature.
Light.
Environment.
Connection.

Tonight at 6pm (Bali time), I’m hosting Marc live to explore:

• Why recovery is the weakest link in healthcare
• What actually accelerates healing after surgery
• How nervous system regulation influences tissue repair
• Whether we need a truly integrated post-op recovery model

This is not anti-medicine.
It’s pro-integration.

This is what liberation looks like.

No masks.
No performing.
No comparison.

Just bodies moving…
emotions flowing…
humans remembering what it feels like to be free.

In these moments, something drops —
the need to be seen a certain way,
the fear of being “too much,”
the quiet pressure to fit in.

And what’s left… is truth.

This is what we cultivate inside the 3-week Transformational Facilitator Training.
A space where you don’t just learn to hold others —
you learn to meet yourself without filters.

Because the depth you can guide others into
is only as deep as the freedom you allow yourself to feel.

There is always a moment where everything shifts.

As I gently pressed into her psoas, her body begins to respond — it’s not only physical pain, but also truth held for a very long time.

Trembling. Breath changing. Activation. Emotional Release.

Not from nowhere…
but from all the moments she once wanted to run away —
and couldn’t.

All the times her body had to stay, to hold, to endure.

And there, in that space, with breath and presence…
her body finally completed what it couldn’t before.

The cycle of trauma gets to be completed.

The psoas connects your spine to your legs —
but is also in charge of helping you run away.
So, when you release it,
you unwind what has been stored.

The body remembers.
And now, years later, it is time.
Time for the body to let it go.

Now because it finally feels safe enough.
