Let's celebrate the birthday of King Sejong the Great, whose legacy continues to inspire learning, culture, and communication through Hangeul.

In South Korea, Teacher’s Day (스승의 날) is celebrated every May 15. The date was chosen in honor of King Sejong the Great, who is widely respected for promoting education and creating Hangeul, the Korean alphabet. On this day, students often give carnations and handwritten letters to express gratitude and respect for their teachers and mentors.
Salamat po!
