Groundbreaking at Sandari Calatagan, an upcoming private coastal community in Calatagan developed by CPMC. SyCip Builders begins construction of a two-storey Asian-modern model unit under a full design-build approach, defined by clean horizontal lines, deep roof overhangs, and a warm neutral palette suited for relaxed beachside living.
Sandari will feature private beach access, a clubhouse, and thoughtfully planned amenities, offering a refined coastal escape just a few hours from Manila. This model unit marks the start of a community built around privacy, nature, and contemporary tropical design.

We gave this ceiling special treatment—carving fluid lines that move across the space instead of leaving it flat. Each contour is carefully built and softly backlit to bring out the depth and shape of the design, turning the ceiling into the main feature of the room. It’s detail work that takes real precision on site, but it’s what gives the space its character.
Behind every polished surface are terminations that align flawlessly, walls rendered perfectly straight, and doors installed with exacting precision.
This is the part most people never see.
