Tomorrow, we will begin the 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗮. It is the transition period from the joys of Christmas and Epiphany to the austerities of Lent and Holy Week. For that reason, violet vestments will be used and the Gloria in Excelsis and the Alleluias will be omitted during seasonal Masses. It is a short period which consists of 3 Sundays only leading to Ash Wednesday. This part of our Traditional Liturgy has no equivalent in the Novus Ordo. So, as practicing Traditional Catholics, let us earnestly enter into its spirit.
