An internet trader who specialized in binary options, cryptocurrencies, and FX trading called me. He claimed that his business was cutting edge, made use of the most recent technology, and could provide guarantees. I made a small investment and used their web platform, which appeared to function rather effectively. I could tell that the trades I made were profitable. They insisted that I increase my investment, and they guaranteed me more returns.
I was informed that I would have to pay taxes on my gains before I could access my money when I wanted to withdraw it. They claimed that I had to pay taxes before receiving my money back, despite the fact that I had never been notified about this.
My transactions started to fail after I requested my money, and my overall winnings started to decline. To change the situation by raising my "trades volume," they pushed me to invest more money. They warned me that if I didn't make further emergency investments, I would lose everything.
They were incredibly skilled and convincing in their deception, which makes me feel really ashamed. By the time I realized it was all a lie, they claimed I would be "kicked off the market" because my trades were losing money and I had lost three percent of my initial investment.

Online Scam Experiences

This individual was selling a variety of tickets for the International Comedy Festival when I tried to purchase them. I agreed to buy two from him for P5,000, and when I attempted to pay with Gcash, he urged that I use gift cards because they were "secure." I bought three P1,600 gift cards and texted him the information two minutes after doing so. He immediately blocked and removed me from Facebook after the cards were used. has created a "new" Facebook account since then and is now trying to sell me tickets for P2,500. He also declined to give me any kind of money back.
