DUTIES AND FUNCTION
1. Preparing, Receiving, and releasing all official documents (Incoming and Outgoing).
2. Preparing Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) targets, accomplishments, and supporting documents.
3. Assists in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events of the Student Affairs and Services Office.
4. Takes down minutes of meetings and prepares a final copy of all meetings presided over by the SASO Director.
5. Manages and responds to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
6. Prepares Student Affairs and Services Office Budget Proposal.
7. Prepares SASO-related office reports including Mid-year and Year-end reports.
8. Preparing Purchase requests and Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP)
9. Checking, receiving, and releasing Permission to Conduct Activity both On-Campus and Off-campus activities.
10. Consolidating, checking, and follow-up reports of the Student Organization’s activities.
11. Processing requirements in applying for Rewards and Incentives.
12. Preparing Status Reports of Scholarships and Financial Assistance
13. Preparing ISO-related documents:
a. Quality Objectives (QO)
b. Work Instruction (WI)
c. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
d. Performance Monitoring Graph (PMG)
14. Consolidating SASO-Related documents to requesting Colleges/Offices in connection with the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Philippine Quality Award (PQA) & Institutional Sustainability Assessment (ISA).
15. Assisting Head of Office as GAD Focal Point System (GFPS)
16. Assisting students' concerns on activities and scholarships.
17. Performs highly skilled and clerical work.
18. Performs other related work that may be assigned from time to time.

DUTIES AND FUNCTION
Network and Infrastructure Management:
• Maintains the stability of each workstation and other facilities in the Internet Section;
• Installs and maintains cabling and networking of computer workstations;
• Maintains the library’s network with proper coordination with the MICT office
Library System Administration:
• Creates valuable systems in the development of the library processes and services;
• Manages the internet connection and troubleshooting of computer units;
• Maintains the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) incorporated in the library system;
• Administer the current library system, Koha, and develop other needed programs, including updates, patches backups and troubleshooting
Web and Cybersecurity:
• Monitors the preventive maintenance program and system security of the library;
• Monitors the automated library system and all the electronic databases subscribed by the library;
• Ensure the security of our data and systems handling cloud-based system
Maintain the library website, including web design and layout
User Support:
• Assists the students/faculty on how to operate the computer and search using online resources;
• Gives instructions on how to use the electronic resources;
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
IT Procurement:
• Maintains the proper condition of all library technology equipment;
Manage and oversee the procurement of ICT equipment for the entire library
Documentation:
• Generation of reportorial requirements handling the ICT equipment, electronic library databases, and other library systems
Other tasks which are related to ICT applications for the library

DUTIES AND FUNCTION
1. Assist the CGAD Director in the accomplishment of the designated responsibilities and duties of the Center;
2. Undertake the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the CGAD Director;
3. Provide assistance in strengthening the mechanisms for gender mainstreaming;
4. Initiates GAD coordination, consultation, planning, meetings, conferences, forums, and seminars;
5. Review and improve the design for GAD-related programs, projects, and activities;
6. Initiates GAD coordination, consultation, planning, meetings, conferences, forums, and seminars;
7. Consolidates Units’ and Offices’ submission of Annual GAD Plan and Budget and Accomplishment Report, respectively;
8. Monitor and maintain the data on the activities of all Technical Working Group Committees of the CSPC GAD Focal Point System (GFPS), KUGOS Officers, and GAD Coordinators to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of gender responsive PPAs;
9. Document best practices on gender and development;
10. Assists clients in accessing services by providing information about available services and support;
11. Serve the client’s needs and refer them to other authorized offices or agencies;
12. Ensure the confidentiality of the identities of the clients and all other parties involved with the case under investigation;
13. Maintain a database for the CSPC GAD Pool of Experts who can be tapped as resource speakers and facilitators;
14. Perform additional tasks and duties as the CGAD Director directs.
