Ang korupsiyon ay hindi lamang usaping pampulitika, kundi ito ay usapin ng moralidad, ng konsensiya, at ng kinabukasan.

Sa sektor ng edukasyon, lalo na sa mga State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), ang katiwalian—gaanuman kaliit o kalaki—ay direktang nakaaapekto sa kalidad ng pagkatuto. Kapag ang pondo ay naililihis sa maling paggamit, nababawasan ang pagkakataong maitayo ang mas maayos na pasilidad, maibigay ang sapat na suweldo at pagsasanay sa g**o, at maihatid ang kinakailangang suporta sa mga estudyante.

Ang bawat pisong nawala sa katiwalian ay isang hakbang palayo sa inklusibong, dekalidad, at makabuluhang edukasyon. Ang bawat pisong nawala sa katiwalian ay katumbas ng naantalang pag-asa ng kabataan at naipit na pangarap ng mga pamilyang umaasa sa edukasyon bilang tulay tungo sa mas maunlad na kinabukasan.

Nakikiisa ang BISCAST-Supreme Student Council bilang mga iskolar ng bayan sa paninindigang ito: sa ngalan ng serbisyo, sa ngalan ng bayan, at sa ngalan ng kinabukasan, bilang mga tagapaglingkod ng pamantasan at kinatawan ng mga estudyante, kami ay naninindigan para sa tapat at maayos na pamamahala.

Naniniwala kami na ang pondo ng bayan ay dapat ilaan nang buong buo sa kapakanan ng nakararami, lalo na sa edukasyon, dahil ito ang tunay na puhunan ng bansa. Ang pondong ito ay para sa mamamayan, at hindi kailanman para sa iilan lamang.

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗧 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The Electronics and Communication Engineering Technology (ECET) Department welcomed its first-year students at the ECET Orientation 2025 on August 15, 2025. The event covered program and curriculum overview, laboratory safety protocols, academic policies, student guidelines, and available support services. Students also received encouragement as they began their academic journey. This annual event marks the beginning of a new chapter and reaffirms the department’s commitment to innovation and growth in the field of technology.
