The Off-Price Store was launched as a fresh concept to address the need for top quality branded apparel from the US and Europe, without making it too expensive for the mass market. Without proper Outlet Stores in the Philippines, The Off-Price Store was founded on the idea that great brands can still have fabulous prices.

In 2009, The Off-Price Store created the acronym TOPS and redesigned the logo to fit in with the ever-changing world of retail. We plan to keep up with the demand for fashion at prices everyone can afford. It is what we believe in.

Now, TOPS delivers fashion trends to your doorstep through our online channel here in Facebook, while still managing to maintain the low prices that our customers deserve.
