As we journey through the summer season, may we all take time to care for our health and well-being.

Let us remember to:
• Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day
• Avoid excessive heat exposure – especially during peak hours (10 AM–4 PM)
• Take care of our health – get enough rest and proper nutrition
• Be mindful of others – check on students, colleagues, and staff, especially the vulnerable
• Practice safety – be alert for heat-related illnesses and respond promptly

May this season also be a time for rest, renewal, and reflection as we continue our mission in service of our schools and communities.
