Qualified over Qualifications -QoQ

Most of the reason why it is hard to get a job these days is that their requirements or qualifications are too many and too high. What’s funny about some of their qualifications is that it has no connection to the job they are applying for. Sometimes we find it so unfair for the people who have been applying to every job that is possible to take but not being qualified because of their unreasonable qualifications.

Our campaign is spreading awareness about how we should fight for our right to be qualified in the job we are applying to. It is our RIGHT to have a job even in the lowest form. Qualifications in applying should be reasonable for the job that will be taken.
