While some aspects of the original design have been thoughtfully adjusted to align with current priorities and resources, the core vision of peaceful, intentional living remains clear. Each space has been designed with intention and refined simplicity, creating a foundation that allows the home to evolve naturally over time.

This is just the beginning. We look forward to seeing Kalinaw continue to grow and fulfill its full design potential in harmony with the homeowners’ journey.

The original space came with its own challenges--aged finishes, worn-out materials, and the limitations of a rental setup. But with thoughtful design choices, careful coordination, we were able to work around the existing conditions and still stay true to the brand's identity.

Being innovative with design solutions can create
a positive impact on your project. While most of the elements of this house are made of Narra wood, the ground floor finish & countertops of this residence are not made with wood or tiles, but with Epoxy resin.

Fun facts:
Epoxy Resin is very durable. Compared to other types of flooring, it has a much longer life. You can also create unlimited seamless designs!

So on your next project, you can consider using Epoxy Resin for flooring and also countertops, just like this project.
