𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐍𝐀 (𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓)

The 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲: 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 highlights the 𝐭𝐨𝐩-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐚, based on the voices and feedback of 5,000 adult respondents. Conducted from December 7–20, 2025, with a margin of error of ±3% and a 95% confidence level, the survey reflects public satisfaction with local leadership, governance, and service delivery.

Topping the list is 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮, who emerged as the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝟵𝟰.𝟴% 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, signaling strong public approval and confidence in his administration.

Following closely is 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮, ranking second with 93.9%, while 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗮𝗼 placed third at 93.2%, highlighting sustained trust and positive public perception in their leadership.

Completing the top four is 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼, who garnered 92.6%, reflecting continued satisfaction among his constituents.

The rest of the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 are:

* 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗡𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻 – 𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗕𝗮ñ𝗼𝘀 (90.7%)
* 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗼 – 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇 (89.9%)
* 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲 – 𝗕𝗶ñ𝗮𝗻 (86.5%)

Overall, the results underscore strong public approval of local leadership in Laguna, driven by effective governance, accessibility of local officials, and the delivery of programs that directly impact daily life in the community.
