To all incoming and continuing students of Palawan State University Roxas Campus.

We're pleased to announce the schedule for the orientation program for the upcoming academic year. Attendance is mandatory, so please make sure to participate.

Orientation and Re-Orientation Schedule:

📍First Year Students: July 15-17, 2025
📍Second Year Students: July 21-22, 2025
📍Third Year Students: July 23-24, 2025
📍Fourth Year Students: July 28-29, 2025
📍Irregular Students: July 30, 2025

Important Details:

✅️Orientation will be held once a day, starting at 8:30 AM.
✅️Please arrive before the scheduled time.
✅️Each batch will accommodate 250 students.

Please be informed that June 20, 2025, marks the final day for confirming your slots in your qualified program. For individuals who have not received an email confirmation due to inactive email accounts, you are requested to personally confirm your slots at the Guidance Office no later than 5:00 PM on the specified date.

Additionally, admission results are being sent to your registered email addresses. Should you prefer, you may also visit the Guidance Office to obtain a printed copy of your admission results.

For those seeking clarification regarding their admission results—for instance, if your name does not appear in the list of qualifiers posted on the Admission Office web page—please be advised that revised admission results will be provided accordingly. Only candidates whose names appear on the official list of qualifiers are eligible to enroll in their preferred programs.

For any further inquiries or concerns, the Guidance Office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
