Job Description and Qualification:

Degree, Skills and work experience required
· Registered/Licensed Nurse
· Work experience: At least six (6) months
· Good ICT skills (ability to use MS Office, email &the Internet)
· Good Learning Skills

Personal characteristics
· Good skills to adapt to and cope with changes and ability to act calmly in precarious/stressful situations
· Preparedness and willingness to work in care home environment, with elderly care home residents and co-workers
· Motivation to work with and for the elderly
· Motivation to stay in Finland long-term/permanently
· Initiative but also readiness to ask for help when needed
· Positive attitude
