🌿 Before summer ends, let's sit with the grass, soak in the sunshine, and enjoy the simple moments. ☀️

🪪 Almost a decade of service.

Today, I received my latest company ID, and it reminded me of how far the journey has been.

2017 I started as a Youth Program Coordinator, going from classroom to classroom across 10 schools 🏫 , serving young savers collecting savings. Two schools a day, for nine months, building discipline, patience, and relationships one coin 🪙 at a time.

Later, I became a Marketing Officer, transitioning from collecting coins to managing transactions worth millions 💰 . It meant long days on the road, battling traffic, meeting clients, and learning the value of persistence. I spent four years growing in that role.

Then came a new challenge—Credit Investigation. It took me to unfamiliar places, introduced me to different people, and pushed me beyond my comfort zone. It taught me to analyze, assess, and make sound judgments.

Today, I am embracing even greater responsibilities. There is still so much to learn, and I intend to keep soaking up knowledge, experience, and wisdom for many more years—perhaps until I reach 40 and beyond😅 . Before moving up again.

Looking back (murag evolution of bangason 🤣) , every role, every challenge, and every step has shaped the person and professional I am today. The journey continues, and I'm grateful for every lesson along the way.

From coins to millions, from classrooms to boardrooms, from learner to leader—the best is yet to come.
