A little appreciation to the (only) power tool brand we use for our products. A couple of weeks ago, our Bosch GST12v (cordless jigsaw) produced a squealing sound when switched on. We immediately contacted the nearest accredited Bosch service center, Toolcare Powertools , for repair. The next day, they picked up the tool (yes, they offer free pick up/delivery for repairs, hassle free, right?). When we received the jigsaw a couple of weeks later, we are amazed to find out that instead of repairing our unit, they sent us a brand new unit (under warranty, but still.) Thank you Bosch Philippines and Toolcare for the great after-sales service.
