HAPPENING NOW | MHLG Collective Day 2
Tuloy-tuloy ang Day 2 ng MHLG Collective na pinayaman ng isang emotional at meaningful discussion na “All Will Be Alright, In Time”, kasama ang MHLG Collective’s Program Manager na si Gael Alaurin. Sa usapang ito, nasilayan ng bawat isa ang kanilang vulnerable side at mas lalo pang naisapuso kung gaano kahalaga ang pag-aalaga sa mental health.
PARA SA KAISIPAN, MULA SA KABATAAN
Ngayong tambak-tambak ang mga suliranin at hamong kinahaharap, isang malaking problema rin ang nagiging solusyon sa karamihan—ang pagtapos ng kani-kanilang mga buhay. Ngunit, sa kabila nito, isang katotohanan ang dapat kapitan—hindi ka nag-iisa, may nakaririnig, may nakaiintindi. Mental Health Learning CoLab: Adolescent Mental Health Digital Advocacy Lab
The Mental Health Learning CoLab: Adolescent Mental Health Digital Advocacy Lab is a youth-led learning and action platform under the broader MHLG Collective, a three-day initiative that brings together complementary approaches to adolescent mental health promotion in Pasig City.
In Pasig City, while mental health services and youth development mechanisms exist, access to clear, youth-friendly information and participatory platforms remains limited. Senior High School students, particularly student leaders, are in a strong position to influence their peers but often lack the knowledge, tools, and opportunities to translate their experiences into meaningful action.
The MHLG Collective responds to this gap by combining youth-led co-creation and advocacy. Within this platform, the Mental Health Learning CoLab focuses on digital engagement and storytelling, enabling adolescents to communicate mental health messages through accessible online platforms. This approach strengthens awareness, reduces stigma, and amplifies youth voices in public discourse.
