Meet the minds behind Consilience Conference 2026! Our presenters, the Humanities Master’s students, will provide the insights of their research to guide this year’s interdisciplinary dialogue.

The Consilience Conference 2026 will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the UA&P ALB Dining Hall.

In the spirit of the Humanities, this year’s theme for Consilience Conference is “Between Discoveries, Across Experience.” It brings together MA Humanities students to present their current findings in their theses. Each speaker contributes varied perspectives, discoveries, and experiences that coalesce into a meaningful dialogue.

Congratulations, Dr. Antonio!

Congratulations to Our Very Own Mr. Joseph Michael N. Arbilo!

We are proud to announce that last Saturday, November 22, 2025, Mr. Joseph Michael N. Arbilo (MAHUM Batch 2016), an esteemed alumnus of the Humanities Program at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), together with 17 other members of Opus Dei, was ordained as a deacon by Bishop Stephen Lee Bun-Sang of Macau.

The candidates came from 12 different countries. The ceremony took place at the Basilica of Saint Eugene in Rome at 10:30 a.m. (5:30 p.m. in Manila).
