Hi, everyone! Apologies for not being able to respond to your queries for the past weeks. It has been a busy and hectic time, but now we'll be entertaining inquiries.

Before we start, here are some PAGE GUIDELINES to remember:

1. All items posted in the Garage Sale sa Rissa page are available unless otherwise stated.
2. Inquiries will be replied to within 24 hours (at best) by the Page Admin.
3. Reservations will be allowed but up to three (3) days only. If no agreement has been settled for the reserved item within the window period, the reservation will be void and the item will be put up on sale again.
4. Payments are in CASH BASIS ONLY.
5. PICK-UP and/or MEET-UP are preferred. Admin can meet-up with buyers during weekends in the following areas:
- Ortigas Extension, Pasig (Jollibee De Castro, Super 8, SM East Ortigas, Lucky Gold Plaza)
- Robinsons Galleria
- SM Megamall
6. Weekday meet-ups may be requested, but only after 6 PM at Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
7. No joy reservers and bogus buyers. Please only commit if you are sure to buy the item/s. Otherwise, let's give the opportunity to others.

NOTE: For now, shipping is NOT an option -- yet. But if it can't be helped, Admin and buyer will discuss details via PM.
