Many people see facilitators standing in front of hundreds of participants. And yes, Coach Sam can handle large audiences. But sometimes, the deepest transformation happens in smaller spaces.

In this set up, there are only 11 participants. Yet what they gained was something difficult to achieve in a large gathering—more personal interaction, deeper conversations, and one-on-one counseling and life coaching directly from Coach Sam himself.

This is something worth considering when choosing your next facilitator, retreat master, or team-building provider. It’s not always about the number of participants in the room. It’s about the quality of engagement, the depth of reflection, and the care given to each individual.
