169 years ago, Robert Baden-Powell was born. He saw that young people can do more than they are told, and that character is shaped by the choices we make every day.

He trusted young people to stand on their own, to act with courage, and to keep their word. Scouting became the proving ground where actions, not words, define who you are, and where small choices shape a lifetime of character.

Founder’s Day reminds every Scout that leaving the world better starts with each of us. What you do, how you act, and the way you keep your word today can echo far beyond what you see.

Ang Pag-asa Rover Scouts Circle ay isang community-based Scouting circle na naglalayong hubugin ang mga lider kabataan sa pamamagitan ng serbisyo sa komunidad, pagpapaunlad ng sarili, at pamumuhay ayon sa Scout Oath and Law. Ito ay nagsisilbing ligtas at makabuluhang espasyo para sa mga young adults na nais maging mabuting mamamayan sa lipunan.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 18–26 taong gulang
• Handang maglingkod sa komunidad
• Bukas sa leadership, teamwork, at personal growth
• May pagpapahalaga sa Scout values at bayanihan
