Notes:
1. Pinakamalaking hamon sa DepEd is Covid-19; how we change the direction of DepEd, and continue education.
2. Masusunod ang gusto ng Presidente:
Pareho nating ayaw ng dikit-dikit, at ayaw natin magkahawaan.
3. Health and safety ang priority.
4. Nagkaroon ng kalituhan dahil akala ng iba ay taliwas ang sinabi ni Presidente at ang posisyon ng DepEd. Sinasabi natin sa DepEd na ayaw din natin ngf face to face kung hindi masusunod ang minimum health standards.
5. Patuloy na mag aaral ang mga bata sa kanilang mga bahay kasama ang kanilang mga magulang.
6. There is no conflict between the pronouncement of the President and the direction of DepEd. Our programs are consistent with the pronouncement of the President.
7. There are other modalities to be used.
8. We are talking to different service providers, sunod sunod ang mga meeting, to help us so that education will continue.
9. Paglilinaw: Nakipag ugnayan, kinonsulta natin ang DOST kung kalian ba mabubuo ang vaccine, and we were told na earliest is first quarter of 2021 or second half of 2021, or at 10 months at the very least.
10. Question: Many are complaining bakit pareho pa rin ang singil ng mga private schools kahit nasa bahay ang mga bata?
Two things to consider on matters of tuition increase:
a. Pag magtaas ng tuition, kailangan humingi ng pahintulot sa Regional Director;
b. Bakit same fees: Sa karanasan ng DepEd, may mga kaakibat pa rin na gastos ang pagreformat o pag iba ng porma o conversion ng mga materials alinsunod sa bagong pamamaraan ng pagtuturo. May mga nabawas pero may mga nadagdag rin na expenses.
11. Paano ang sistema simula June 1/Enrolment:
a. Nagkaroon na tayo ng enrolment o early registration nung February pero uulitin natin to confirm kasi nangyari nga itong Covid.
b. We shall have remote enrolment. Yung Grade 1-12 natin, kokontakin ng previous Adviser
c. Sa mga transferees, kinder at nagmove from one school to another in another place, magiging strict pa rin sa physical distancing at makikpag ugnayan tayo sa DILG kung paano ito maisakatuparan. Halimbawa, meron tayong survey na sasagutin, hindi kailangan pumunta sa skul, we shall bring the form to the families. Kailangan talaga sumagot sila sa survey kasi yung info will help the school.
12. Bakit may enrolment pa e wala pa ngang transportation
Transportatio is not a problem. DepEd knows the situation in the schools and in places kaya remote enrolment tayo. Remote tayo, hindi face to face. No face to face enrolment during the frist two weeks of June.
13. On enrolment protocol: Pwede bang mamili ng mode of learning?
Kaya may enrolment tayo ay para malaman ng mga magulang ang proceso. Kaya may survey tayo ay upang malaman din natin yung sitwasyon sa around 65,000 schools natin. We have all the times to coordinate with the barangays and the DILG to bring the survey to the parents.
