We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in sales and marketing of heavy equipment, construction machinery, and industrial solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction, mining, and heavy equipment industry and can create strategies that generate leads, build brand visibility, and drive sales growth.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote construction equipment, heavy machinery, and industrial products.
Work closely with the sales team to increase market share and revenue.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Manage brand visibility through trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B industry events.
Help create marketing materials, digital content, and presentations for clients and partners.
Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and CRM management.
Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and equipment sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, dealer visits, and industry events.

We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all on-site activities for mall fit-out projects
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer/Architect.
2. Experience in Commercial fit-out projects is a MUST.
3. Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture or any related field (Board passer is a plus, but not required).
4. Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
