Developing the Leader Within You: Leadership Program for Skyline Hospital & Medical Center
On August 13-14, 2024, I had the privilege of conducting the “Developing the Leader Within You” leadership program for the middle management team of Skyline Hospital and Medical Center at their training room in Bulacan.
This empowering session, inspired by the teachings of John Maxwell, focused on unlocking the leadership potential within each participant. Through interactive discussions, self-reflection activities, and group exercises, we explored key leadership principles such as visionary leadership, building trust, and empowering teams. The goal was to help each leader recognize their own strengths and develop the skills needed to lead with purpose and influence.
The program emphasized practical applications, giving the middle managers valuable tools to lead with confidence, inspire their teams, and drive success in the healthcare setting. By the end of the training, participants were equipped with a deeper understanding of their leadership style and how to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
It was an enriching experience, and I’m excited to see these future leaders of Skyline Hospital continue to grow and make an impact in the healthcare industry.
