With the theme “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!” and aligned with the national theme “WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society,” the celebration highlighted the core focus on Women’s Leadership and Nation-Building. The activity emphasized the important role of women in climate resilience and community resilience, recognizing their strength, leadership, and contribution in building stronger and more inclusive communities.

The program also featured the Distribution of the Empowerment Kit: Women’s Month Readiness – Year 5, supporting initiatives that empower women and promote gender equality.

The program opened with the Welcome Remarks of Asst. Principal II Ma’am Sherwin G. Fabiala, followed by the inspiring Message of Empowerment from School Principal IV Sir Erwin M. Marquez, encouraging everyone to continue advocating for gender equality and recognizing the leadership of women in society.
