The Pre-Enrollment Medical Assessment Schedule is now available. Please check your assigned schedule by accessing the link or scanning the QR code provided in the advisory poster.

3. Medical Certificate (for incoming first-year students and returnees)

• Venue: BPSU Main Campus Clinic
Note: (CCST students shall proceed to Saint Joseph College Clinic)

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday only (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• No walk-ins allowed
• Failure to attend your assigned schedule will result in automatic cancellation of your slot.
• Follow-up check-ups do not require an appointment.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON MEDICAL SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

To all incoming and continuing students, please be guided accordingly:

ACCREDITED LABORATORIES:
1. Batol Canlas Diagnostic Center
2. Mednet Laboratory & Diagnostic Center

SCHEDULE OF MEDICAL SCREENING:
• March 3, 2026 onwards: Incoming first-year students may begin having their laboratory tests done.
• March 9, 2026 onwards: HESU/Campus Clinic will accommodate incoming first-year students who have confirmed their enrollment with the University Registrar.
• Continuing Students: The schedule for medical screening will be announced at a later date.

REQUIRED LABORATORY TESTS:
• Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Platelet Count
• Urinalysis
• Chest X-ray
• Hepatitis B Test (for health-related programs and courses involving food handling)
Amount: ₱308

REQUIREMENTS TO BRING:

1. Medical laboratory results
2. Medical Certificate
• Incoming First Year Students (Physician of Choice)
• Continuing Students (University Physician)
3. Long Brown envelope
4. 2x2 photo
5. Valid ID
• Incoming First Year Students (Any Valid ID)
• Continuing Students (School ID)

We would like to share that the BPSU students involved in the accident earlier today are now safe and sustained only minor injuries.

Our sincere appreciation to the Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA), Balanga Health Emergency Management System(HEMS) first aid responders for their immediate assistance at the scene,and to Bataan General Hospital Medical Center (BGHMC) emergency and ambulance teams for their prompt response and medical care. Your swift and coordinated actions were instrumental in ensuring the students’ safety.

Rest assured, the BPSU Student Affairs and Services Office is already coordinating and facilitating the necessary accident insurance support for the students involved. Upon the directive of the University President, insurance claims are being processed immediately to ensure timely assistance.

The University remains in close watch and continuous monitoring of the students’ condition to ensure their safety, recovery, and overall well-being.
