The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Brgy. Bato would like to thank everyone who made our festival presentation such a success! Bato, Apolonia ngan Pagsaogan, kan Kuya Hector Araza, ngan ha amon participants who gave their all despite the short six-day preparation, MADAMO NGA SALAMAT HA IYO NGA TANAN! ❤

PART V– The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council of Barangay Bato, Paranas, Samar successfully concluded its two-day "Linggo ng Kabataan 2025" celebration on January 4-5, 2025. The event, themed "From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development," brought together the youth of Barangay Bato under the leadership of SK Chairperson Hon. Alvin B. Daco-ag.

The event focused on developing leadership skills, empowering young people, raising awareness of critical issues and building a strong and united community. The SK Council extends its gratitude to several key individuals and organizations. Special thanks go to Municipal Mayor Atty. Eunice U. Babalcon for her guidance and support, and to the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of Paranas, headed by Sir Carlito V. Gabon, for their active facilitation. The council also acknowledges the invaluable contributions of the resource speakers, including Municipal SK President Hon. Leila Marie G. Babalcon, Ms. Alfrelyn Daco-ag, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), the Philippine National Police (PNP), and other presenters who shared their expertise.

The council also expresses its sincere appreciation to the facilitators and Bato youth mentors: Kuya Glen Babalian, Ate Alfrelyn Daco-ag, and Ate Fatima Mabilog, for their work in facilitating the event. Furthermore, the SK Council extends its deepest appreciation to Mr. Mark M. Bons Fernandez and Ms. Shailom Bailes for their dedication and hard work as our program managers. Their contributions were instrumental to the event's success.

Finally, the council thanks the enthusiastic youth of Barangay Bato for their active participation, which was essential to the event's success. The SK Council looks forward to continuing its collaboration with the youth to create more opportunities for growth and development within the community.

Our year-end party, hosted by the Barangay Bato SK Council, was a wonderful success! The youth enjoyed games, strengthened bonds, and won amazing raffle prizes. To our mentors (Ate Eday & Ate Fatty), the dedicated BATO Trailblazer volunteers, and every single youth who participated, madamo nga salamat ha iyo!!. This event wouldn't be possible without your help. We're looking forward to a year of even stronger connections! ❤
