JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food Attendant to join our team and ensure excellent service for our customers. Your role will involve supporting food preparation, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding health and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating or order inquiries.
- Take and process food/beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals, drinks, and condiments promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, and food stations.
- Assist with basic food preparation and restocking supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales records.
- Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

REQUIREMENTS

- At least a High School Diploma or ALS Completer; vocational courses in Hospitality/Restaurant Services are a plus.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required (training provided for new hires).
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and basic English.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
