After being on a hiatus for almost a year, one of our most loyal and trusting clients reached out again to reorder our best-selling Christmas Pen Sleeves. Because it was a rush order and I had been juggling a demanding schedule with my main job, I accidentally lost track of the template process.

Long story short, what was meant to be pen sleeves ended up becoming bookmarks instead! But with a little creativity (and a lot of caffeine) we still managed to pull it off.

Not only did we deliver on time, we also left a lasting impression and created something meaningful for our dearest client. A happy accident, a successful save, and a reminder that heart and effort always make the biggest impact.
