Just finished walking for an hour.
No cellphones, just being intentional, mindful and observant.

If we find ourselves getting stuck in our small, dark and hopeless bubble.

Go out.
Stop to see .
Pause for a moment.
Look closely.
Observe everything around.
Put away your cellphones/gadgets.

A few minutes in a day better for an hour or more.

Time will not stop for us.
It will keep on ticking even when we're gone.

So might as well take every moment we can and cherish our time.

And when we do, we will discover the beauty this world has.

When we are self-centered, beauty will be in the eye of the beholder.

But when we see everything in this world is created by God.

Everything is beautiful, even the driest desert or coldest mountain.

Baka ito na hinahanap nyo na next gathering venue.
