06 JULY 2026|| DAILY MORNING ROUTINE

LOOK|||Siocon MFS Personnel headed by FSINSP ROQUE A SABIJON JR., Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted Daily Morning Routine.

This is to establish a structured and productive start to the day, setting a positive tone for the hours ahead. It helps individuals mentally and physically prepare for their tasks by promoting discipline, focus, and consistency. Engaging in activities such as exercise, personal hygiene, planning, and reflection can boost energy levels, enhance mood, and increase efficiency.

A well-practiced morning routine also reduces stress by creating a sense of control and readiness, allowing a person to approach the day’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
