🗣️ Let us not forget that He is Lord first before He is Savior. How can we call Him Lord if we do not submit to Him? True submission leads to obedience—obedience to His Word and to His character. 🙂‍↕️

Just as you would not want your partner to continue in harmful habits, the Lord does not want you to keep living a life headed toward destruction. He did not die on the cross so that you could sin freely, but to set you free from sin.

Fear the Lord with holy reverence, for it is due to Him. He deserves our highest respect and submission, for He is Lord of all. ✨
