Isinagawa ng Sual RHU, katuwang ang ating panauhing tagapagsalita na si Ms. Christina C. Alcantara, Nurse II – Mental Health Program Manager ng PHO (Provincial Health Office), ang isang makabuluhang Mental Health Awareness Activity sa Sual National High School.

Layunin ng gawaing ito na palawakin ang kaalaman at pag-unawa ng mga mag-aaral at ng komunidad tungkol sa kahalagahan ng mental health. Tinalakay ang tamang pamamahala ng stress, maagang pagkilala sa mga senyales ng suliranin sa kalusugang pangkaisipan, at ang kahalagahan ng paghingi ng tamang suporta at gabay.

Ang LGU Sual ay patuloy na nagsusulong at nagbibigay-halaga sa mental health, lalo na sa ating mga kabataan. Naniniwala tayo na ang malusog na isipan ay susi sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan ng ating komunidad.

Sama-sama tayong magtaguyod ng isang kapaligirang may malasakit, pag-unawa, at bukas na komunikasyon.

Congratulations to LGU of Sual for another successful Blood Donation Drive headed by our Hon. Mayor, Liseldo “D**g” D.Q. Calugay and Mayora Garly Macaranas Calugay in partnership with Philippine Red Cross,WFD (Women for D**g) and BET Construction and Supply held on February 12, 2026 at the Sual Sport Complex.

We sincerely thank all our volunteer donors and organizing the successful activity who selflessly offered not only their time but also a part of themselves for the welfare of others. Your simple act of kindness today may become someone’s second chance at life tomorrow.
