TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ASPIRANT SCOUTS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED

The SANHS Boy Scout Club has officially commenced its Training Program for Aspiring Scouts. This marks the beginning of a structured development phase aimed at preparing new members for the responsibilities, discipline, and values expected in Scouting.

The program is being conducted under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Scouts, who will serve as mentors throughout the training process. Their leadership ensures that the aspirants receive proper orientation, skill development, and formation in accordance with Scouting principles.

This initiative reflects the organization’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership, discipline, teamwork, and service among its members.

June 20, 2026 — The SANHS Boy Scout Club Senior Scouts officially commenced preparations for the training of new applicants who wish to become members of the organization.

In accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the SANHS Boy Scout Club, officers and members are expected to be well-equipped and prepared to conduct training activities for incoming scouts. The preparation aims to ensure that new applicants receive proper guidance and instruction as they begin their journey in Scouting.

As part of the preparation, Senior Scouts reviewed essential scouting skills, leadership responsibilities, and training procedures that will be shared with the new recruits. The activity also served as an opportunity for members to strengthen their teamwork and commitment to the principles of Scouting.

The training preparations were conducted under the guidance of WBH Brian L. Pacamalan, Outfit Adviser, and AL/RS Clark F. Abella, SANHS BSP Guidance Counselor, whose leadership and support continue to contribute to the development of the organization's members.

Through this initiative, the SANHS Boy Scout Club remains committed to nurturing future scouts by promoting leadership, discipline, responsibility, and service. The organization looks forward to welcoming a new generation of scouts who will uphold the ideals and traditions of the Scouting movement.

Today, we commemorate the 165th Birth Anniversary of Dr. José Protacio Rizal Mercado y Alonso Realonda, our National Hero, whose life and works continue to inspire generations of Filipinos.

Born on June 19, 1861, Dr. José Rizal dedicated his life to advocating for reforms, education, and the peaceful pursuit of freedom through his writings and actions. His novels, Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo, awakened the Filipino people's sense of nationalism and became powerful instruments in the fight against oppression.

As we remember his birthday, we also honor the legacy he left behind. His courage, patriotism, and unwavering love for the Philippines remind us of the importance of education, integrity, and service to our nation. Through his sacrifices, Rizal inspired a movement that paved the way for the country's struggle for independence.

May the life and ideals of Dr. José Rizal continue to guide us as responsible citizens, encouraging us to contribute positively to our communities and uphold the values of patriotism, leadership, and civic responsibility.

The SANHS Boy Scout Club - Senior Scout officially welcomed its newly recruited scouts through the distribution of parent consent forms and an orientation activity aimed at introducing them to the Scouting movement.

The distribution of consent forms served as an important step in ensuring that parents and guardians were informed about the activities and programs of the organization. It also reinforced the club's commitment to maintaining strong communication and cooperation with the families of its members.

As part of the welcoming activity, the new recruits were given the opportunity to introduce themselves and get acquainted with fellow scouts. The Senior Scouts also introduced themselves and warmly welcomed the newcomers, creating a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone.

The interaction allowed the new scouts to learn more about the principles and values of Scouting, including leadership, discipline, responsibility, and service. Through the guidance of the Senior Scouts, the recruits gained a better understanding of the expectations and opportunities that come with being a member of the organization.

Beyond introductions, the activity helped foster friendship, teamwork, and camaraderie among the members. It also provided an opportunity for Senior Scouts to exercise leadership and mentorship by guiding the next generation of scouts.

Through activities such as these, the SSANHS Boy Scout Club - Senior Scout continues to uphold its mission of developing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented young leaders who are always prepared to serve their school and community.
