To uphold the absolute integrity of the Men’s Natural Physique Category, we are enforcing strict, mandatory chemical testing. FitManCode stands for true natural bodybuilding, and a level playing field is our highest priority.

Below are the official, non-negotiable dates and guidelines for your Testosterone Total Test.

🩸 Testing & Submission Timeline
To ensure your lab results accurately reflect your hormonal status close to the competition, you must adhere strictly to the following window:

Best time for blood test

Window dates:
August 21, 2026
August 28, 2026

Note:
Schedule your lab appointment early in the morning between 6:00am to 9:00am when natural testosterone levels peak.

Deadline of submission:
August 31, 2026 11:59Pm

Without testosterone test result you will not be allowed to join in this category ( but you can check other open class categories)

⚠️ Critical Requirements for Competitors
1. Required Lab Work: You must request a Testosterone, Total blood test from a licensed diagnostic laboratory.
2. Identification: Ensure your official name on the laboratory receipt and result sheet matches the name on your registration.
3. Submission Process: Clear, unaltered PDF copies or high-resolution photos of the official lab results must be submitted to the committee via our official submission channel by the August 31 deadline.
