Today, the 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬: 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 (𝐋𝐆𝐔𝐬) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐂𝐒𝐎𝐬) was successfully conducted at 𝗟𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹.

This collaborative effort strengthens partnerships and aligns strategies toward building resilient communities and advancing humanitarian service in Tarlac.

𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗮𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀!

The Tarlac City Government has formally turned over the amount of 𝐏𝟐 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 to the 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, as part of its commitment to the𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝.

This support reinforces the Red Cross’s mission to provide a safe and sufficient blood supply, ensuring that indigent patients have access to life-saving transfusions. Through this initiative, countless lives in Tarlac City will benefit and be given hope.

Today, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 – 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 successfully conducted the 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐄𝐕𝐂𝐀) in the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥, covering 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐨 and 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜.

The activity forms part of the chapter’s ongoing commitment to identifying community vulnerabilities, assessing existing capacities, and strengthening local disaster preparedness and resilience. Through active community participation and evidence-based assessments, the EVCA serves as a vital tool in developing strategies that help communities become safer, stronger, and more prepared for future hazards.

‎On𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟗–𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 - 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 successfully conducted the Junior First Aid Training at the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 - 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫. The activity provided young participants with essential first aid knowledge and practical life-saving skills, equipping them to respond effectively during emergencies and accidents.

‎Throughout the two-day training, participants learned basic first aid principles, emergency response procedures, and the importance of providing immediate care to those in need. Upon completion of the course, they became better prepared to act confidently and responsibly in emergency situations.

‎The Philippine Red Cross Tarlac Chapter remains committed to empowering the youth through life-saving education and humanitarian values, helping build safer, more resilient, and more compassionate communities.

This initiative aims to evaluate community vulnerabilities and capacities to strengthen disaster preparedness and resilience-building efforts.

They also encouraged participants to become a member of 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 through 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 (𝐌𝐀𝐀𝐁) that emphasized the importance of being ensured and strengthening humanitarian efforts within their community

‎At approximately 𝟏𝟏:𝟏𝟓 𝐀𝐌 on 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 – 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫, responded to a vehicular crash incident at𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨, 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐈𝐛𝐚, 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜, involving a𝐣𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐧𝐞𝐲 carrying passengers from 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜.

‎The 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐌𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐎) 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 was the first responder on scene, providing immediate assistance and initial emergency management.

‎The response operation was further strengthened through the collaborative efforts of the Tarlac Provincial DRRM Office and 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥.
