Accurate data is the foundation of effective governance.
The Civil Registration Updates and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Orientation was successfully conducted on June 30, 2026, at LJP Farm Resort, San Antonio, Tigaon, Camarines Sur. The activity was hosted by the Municipal Civil Registrar's Office, headed by Mrs. Gemma Bongulto in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
The orientation provided important updates on civil registration services while strengthening the implementation of the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS), equipping local personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure accurate data collection and more responsive public service delivery.
Serving as resource speakers were Ms. Nina D. Globo, Regional Officer II of PSA Camarines Sur; Ms. Johanna H. Barcena, Statistical Analyst of PSA Camarines Sur; and Mr. Jobert D. Ronabio, CBMS Statistical Specialist II.
Under the leadership of Mayor Eugene Adrian B. Fuentebella, the Municipality of Tigaon continues to support initiatives that promote data-driven governance, efficient civil registration services, and evidence-based planning for the benefit of every Tigaoeño.
