𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐓𝐂𝐂 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 – 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐒 𝐂𝐋 𝟏𝟑-𝟐𝟑

The 𝐓𝐢𝐰𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 proudly held its 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒖𝒓𝒏-𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅 on May 02, 2026, at the Tiwi Community College Court, with the theme: “Rising Through Leadership, Guided by Honor, Driven by Excellence”

The program began with an Invocation led by
𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐎𝐒 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐈𝐄 𝐎 𝟐𝐂𝐋, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted by 𝐂/𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐇𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐄 𝐂 𝟏𝐂𝐋. Next was the Reading of the Oath of Allegiance to the Philippines, led by 𝐂/𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐄 𝐉𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄 𝐂 𝟏𝐂𝐋

𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗥. 𝗗𝗮𝗲𝗳, 𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙋 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧, delivered the Welcome Remarks and conducted the Presentation of Candidates for ROTC Graduation.The Declaration of Graduates and the Turn-Over of newly enlisted Reservists to the 504th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn)—consisting of 47 advance officers and 321 basic cadets and cadettes—was led by
𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐍𝐎𝐄𝐋 𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀. This was followed by the Acceptance and Oathtaking of the new reservists, officiated by 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐋 𝐁 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐄𝐋 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑, "𝐁" 𝐂𝐨𝐲, 𝟓𝟎𝟒𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐧.

A key highlight of the ceremony was the Relinquishment of Command by 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐁 𝟏𝐂𝐋, 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 , and the Assumption of Command by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎 𝐋𝐄𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐂 𝟐𝐂𝐋, 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧.

𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐂. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐨 municipal kagawad, delivered an inspiring Keynote Address, followed by the Awarding of Certificates to outstanding cadets and cadettes.

The program formally concluded with the mass singing of “Pilipinas Kong Mahal.”
